Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor and model. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. The Pro Card was granted a year later at the age of the age of 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness events after deciding to end the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. Within a year she was able to earn her Professional Card when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel had a break of six years from performing after earning her professional license to continue her education. Her return to competition in 2015 was a continuation of her previous efforts, wherein she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years after her first appearance and set herself new goals each year. She had already achieved four more fitness championships. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel took 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. When she earned her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel made a successful comeback during Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016 saw her the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in be a part of the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel took to the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any goals. Her satisfaction was high about her position. It is no surprise that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she was competing against the best athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing improvements to her physique each year. Ariel's top body part to train is her back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over row on the machine that use single arm pull downs with lats. It is common to warm up first, followed by the actual exercise. Ariel gets the most out of the time she has. This is accomplished by creating all of the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is type of workout twice per week one day being light weight day and the other days heavy weight.
